Will my existing Shopify store continue working?
Yes. The mobile application is an additional sales channel. You continue using Shopify to manage the store.
Will products and inventory synchronize automatically?
Supported Shopify product, collection, price, variant, and inventory information is connected to the application.
Will customers use Shopify checkout?
Yes. Purchases are completed through Shopify checkout.
Do you develop both iOS and Android applications?
Yes. All packages include support for iOS and Android.
Who owns the application?
You own your brand, content, data, and developer accounts. Template customers license the underlying platform and template. Custom-app source-code ownership is included or defined in the custom agreement.
Can I change the design?
Native Commerce customers can configure branding, content, and selected layout choices within the chosen template. Fully custom layouts require the Custom Commerce package.
Can you integrate my existing Shopify applications?
Standard integrations are assessed during the consultation. Some integrations may require an additional implementation fee.
Are Apple and Google developer-account fees included?
No. You should own and pay for your Apple and Google developer accounts.
How long does implementation take?
The timeline depends on the selected package, store configuration, required integrations, content readiness, and application-store review.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes. The monthly fee covers platform access, maintenance, compatibility updates, technical support, and release management according to your package.
Can you manage push-notification campaigns?
Yes. Ongoing campaign and growth services can be purchased separately.
